Actuators

High-performance pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators engineered for precise valve automation. Designed for multi-turn and quarter-turn service with SIL-rated reliability and ISO 5211 compliance.

Advanced Actuation Features and Advantages

Dual Motion Versatility

Supports both quarter-turn and multi-turn operations for ball, butterfly, and globe valves; engineered for accurate torque delivery across a wide range of process applications.

On/Off and Modulating

Available in basic open/close or high-precision modulating configurations; ensures stable control loops and repeatable positioning for critical flow regulation systems.

Fail-Safe Reliability

Features spring-return or fail-last configurations to ensure process safety during power loss; designed to meet rigorous SIL standards for emergency shutdown scenarios.

Rugged Enclosure Tech

Encased in IP67/68 or NEMA 4/7 rated housings; provides superior corrosion resistance and explosion-proof protection for hazardous and offshore environments.

ISO 5211 Integration

Standardized mounting interfaces ensure seamless compatibility with diverse valve types; reduces installation time and eliminates the need for complex custom brackets.

Smart Diagnostics

Equipped with digital positioners and diagnostic feedback; enables predictive maintenance by monitoring cycle counts, travel time, and operational torque deviations.
